Wissam Ben Yedder joins Wydad Athletic Club

Wissam Ben Yedder has joined Wydad Athletic Club, becoming part of the Red and White squad.

Born on August 12, 1990, in Sarcelles, France, Ben Yedder is an experienced striker with a distinguished career in European football. He has played for clubs including Toulouse FC, Sevilla FC, and AS Monaco, where he established himself as one of the most prolific forwards of his generation. While at Monaco, he finished as joint top scorer in Ligue 1 during the 2019–20 season with 18 goals.

Across his professional career, he has amassed hundreds of appearances and a strong goal tally in top leagues such as Ligue 1 and La Liga.

Internationally, Ben Yedder has represented France 19 times, scoring 3 goals and contributing to France’s UEFA Nations League success.
